About the role

An international industrial solutions provider is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth within the infrastructure, civil engineering and construction sectors across the Czech Republic and the Balkan region.

This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional who combines strong technical understanding with a commercial mindset and enjoys developing long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities within civil engineering, infrastructure and construction projects
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineering consultancies, distributors and project stakeholders
• Identify and develop new market opportunities
• Promote technical solutions and support customers throughout the sales process
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities
• Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events
• Collaborate with technical and international teams to support business growth

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Geotechnics or a related field
• Proven experience in technical B2B sales within construction or infrastructure markets
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and project-based sales environment
• Ability to work independently and drive business development activities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent Czech and good working English
• Willingness to travel
