We’re looking for a new member of our HR team to join as HR Operations Specialist (maternity leave cover). You’ll become part of an international team that works across countries and is built on open communication and knowledge sharing. In this role, HR plays a key part in the company’s day-to-day operations, and you can count on experienced colleagues and well-established cooperation across the organization.

Detail job description

• End-to-end employee care – onboarding, offboarding, and changes to employment relationships
• Management of employee and contract documentation
• Working with HR systems and managing HR data
• Communication with external partners (e.g. legal support)
• Contributing to the implementation and standardization of HR processes across the group
• Participation in HR projects across the organization

Requirements

• Experience in HR (across various HR roles, e.g. administration, recruitment, etc.)
• Knowledge of Czech labour law is an advantage
• Experience with HR administration and HR systems
• Independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders
• Assertiveness and the ability to communicate effectively with managers in a dynamic environment
