We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager for our client, an international German company specializing in advanced composite materials and high-performance prepreg solutions.

Our client is an internationally operating manufacturer and supplier of high-performance prepreg materials based on carbon, glass, aramid, and other technical fibers. Its products are used across a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, marine, medical, and industrial applications.

The company develops and manufactures its own prepreg materials and works closely with customers on customized solutions for serial production.

To support the further development of its business activities in Ukraine, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in composite materials and prepregs who will take an active role in developing the Ukrainian market and building long-term customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the field of prepregs and composite materials, with a primary focus on the Ukrainian market.
• Manage existing customer relationships and build strong, long-term partnerships.
• Provide customers with technical and commercial support when selecting suitable materials and solutions.
• Cooperate closely with production and technical teams on samples, new applications, and customer projects.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Regularly travel to Ukraine, Germany, and potentially other European countries.
• Monitor market developments, competitors, customer needs, and emerging applications for composite materials.
• Contribute to the further development of the company's sales strategy and market presence in Ukraine.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a commercially minded sales professional who combines sales experience with a good understanding of composite materials.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience working with carbon fiber or glass fiber prepregs.
• Previous experience in a company involved in the manufacturing, processing, or trading of carbon and glass fabrics, composite materials, or related products.
• A proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• The ability to independently identify opportunities, approach customers, and develop long-term business relationships.
• Confidence in conducting both technical and commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Fluent Ukrainian.
• Good command of English for internal communication and cooperation within an international organization.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• A proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.
