Odien group, a leading regional (CEE) real estate and asset management company, an investor in high-quality real estate properties and developments as well as private equity, is searching for a MARKETING LEADER:

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

THE OPPORTUNITY

Odien Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing & Communications Director to lead the Group's marketing, brand and communications strategy across its businesses, investments and projects.

Based at the Group's headquarters in Prague, this is a leadership role with responsibility for how Odien Group and its portfolio companies are positioned, presented and communicated across their respective markets. The Director will work closely with Group leadership, portfolio company executives and project teams, providing both strategic direction and hands-on leadership.

We are looking for someone who understands that marketing is not simply about communication or visibility. It must build brand value, support commercial objectives, strengthen reputation and ultimately contribute to the performance of the businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Group Brand & Marketing

• Develop and lead the overall Odien Group marketing and communications strategy as well as strengthen the corporate positioning of Odien Group.
• Establish clear brand architecture and communication standards across the Group.
• Effectively manage external service providers.
• Develop annual marketing priorities, plans, budgets and performance objectives.
• Establish a modern digital marketing strategy across the Group and relevant portfolio companies.
• Oversee development of corporate identity, campaigns, photography, video, websites, presentations, social media and other communication materials.
• Oversee websites, CRM, email marketing and paid media as well as feed social media. Through use of data analytics continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Work directly with portfolio company management teams to develop commercially focused marketing strategies.
• Support new concepts, developments, openings and product launches as well as identify opportunities to introduce AI, automation and new marketing technologies across the Group.
• Ensure individual businesses have clearly defined target audiences, positioning and messaging.

Corporate Communications & PR

• Lead corporate communications and public relations for Odien Group.
• Develop relationships with relevant media, agencies, business partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee press releases, corporate announcements, executive communications and media opportunities.
• Support Group executives with presentations, speeches, interviews and other external communications.
• Coordinate communications relating to major Group developments, investments and strategic initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing and communications professional capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels.

We expect:

• 7+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience
• Previous experience as Marketing Director, Communications Director, Brand Director, Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager position.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, corporate communications, digital marketing and PR.
• Experience managing multiple brands, businesses or projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to connect marketing activity with business performance.
• Excellent knowledge of contemporary digital marketing platforms and analytics.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and external agencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent professional Czech and English.
• Experience within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, tourism, real estate, development or investment groups will be considered a strong advantage.
