Cluster Pricing & Billing Specialist

Main purpose of this position is to ensure smooth Order 2 Bill process from pricing & billing perspective. This requires accurate set up of market price list, customer price conditions and payment terms while controlling invoices creation and their acceptance by our customers. Efficient pricing & billing process is the cornerstone of customer satisfaction and therefore this role has a major impact on helping us build a truly customer centric organization. Pricing & billing is equally linked to cash collection, one of Mars top financial KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Business processes

• Managing SAP set-up of market price lists (incl. leading market price increase from technical perspective)
• Setting up customer specific conditions
• Ensuring accurate final on invoice prices
• Preparing reports and insights on Invoice Accuracy
• Setting up regular meetings with Sales and Finance Department to tackle Invoice Accuracy challenges
• Improving the pricing & billing process to gain efficiency
• Cooperating with CS Key Users on continuous improvement initiatives
• Controlling timely creation of invoices and delivery to customers
• Processing of price claims
• Running of Daily business position process
• Trade expenditure condition maintenance
• Analysis of Trade expenditure

Communication

• Daily communication with Customer Service / Sales Department / Sales Admins

Reporting

• Regular reports creation (Invoice Accuracy, Promo Discounts On Time, Price Claims Development, The Functioning Of Automation, Trade expenditure).

What we are looking for?

• Education & Professional Qualification
• High School Diploma
• Language skills: Solid English level (written and oral) plus fluent spoken and written local language(s) of one of the countries (CZ&SK)
• Knowledge/Experience
• Good communication skills
• Customer Oriented,
• Detail Oriented
• Previous experience: experience in similar role is preferable
• Systems knowledge: experience using SAP / Atlas is preferable, as well as experience of using office productivity software (such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
