We are looking for a professional UAV pilot to join the Primoco UAV flight operations team and operate one of the most advanced unmanned aircraft systems in its category.

This is not about flying conventional drones. The Primoco One 150 is a 150 kg MTOW unmanned aircraft designed for professional civil and military operations. Our pilots operate in a real aviation environment,
following standardized operating procedures and assuming the level of responsibility expected in professional flight operations.

We are looking for someone who considers aviation a profession – not just a hobby.

What You Will Do

· Pilot Primoco One 150 unmanned aircraft and operate their associated ground systems.
· Prepare and conduct flight missions in the Czech Republic and abroad.
· Participate in BVLOS operations and flights in both controlled and uncontrolled airspace.
· Conduct pre-flight preparation, route planning, weather assessment and evaluation of operational limitations.
· Communicate and coordinate with the relevant air traffic control and airspace management authorities.
· Participate in flight testing and the continued development of the aircraft.
· Work closely with technicians, engineers and payload specialists.
· Train new pilots and operators after obtaining the required instructor qualification.
· Participate in demonstration, customer and operational missions worldwide.

Who We Are Looking For
Above all, we are looking for someone with an aviation mindset, discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements
· At least secondary education.
· Very good command of English.
· Good knowledge of aviation theory, at least at PPL level.
· Practical experience with UAS or professional flight operations.
· Ability to work with modern IT and aviation systems.
· Ability to follow precisely defined procedures and checklists.
· Flexibility and willingness to travel on international missions.
· Category B driving licence.
· Clean criminal record.
· A responsible, reliable and precise approach to work.

Strong Advantages
· PPL(A), CPL(A), ATPL(A), LAPL(A) or another recognised pilot qualification.
· Experience with professional UAS operations.
· Experience with BVLOS operations.
· Experience operating in controlled airspace.
· ICAO Aviation English qualification and experience with aviation radio communications.
· Experience with international flight operations.
· Military or security-sector experience.
· Experience with ISR, mapping or other specialised UAS missions.
· Instructor or examiner qualification.
· Valid aviation medical certificate.
