Senior SAP MM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant to take ownership of the SAP Materials Management area and play a key role in supporting and developing our procurement, inventory, and logistics processes. In this role, you will combine hands-on SAP MM support and configuration with business analysis, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of SAP MM customizations and support, including integrations with production systems, EDI, and other connected systems.
• Provide expert support for SAP MM and related procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Analyze business requirements in collaboration with key users and translate them into applicable SAP solutions.
• Configure, customize, test, and implement SAP MM changes and improvements.
• Support business initiatives, including the analysis of SAP MM integrations and related procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Participate in SAP rollouts, integration projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare functional specifications as well as system, testing, and training documentation.
• Coordinate solutions and deployments with external SAP partners and other internal IT teams.
• Support integrations between SAP and connected business systems.
• Work closely with other members of the IT and business teams.
• Contribute to the optimal use of standard SAP system functions and best practices where appropriate.

What Requirements are we looking for?

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM in a consulting or similar role.
• Practical experience with SAP configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, goods receipt, invoice verification, and material planning processes.
• Ability to work independently across support, business analysis, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, IT colleagues, and external partners.
• Very good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of other related SAP modules is a plus.
• Your experience with the latest SAP functionality and SAP EWM systems is an advantage for you.
