Sales Analyst, Fragrance & Beauty (Eastern Europe / EE)

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team in Prague. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, transforming figures into actionable recommendations, and supporting business performance in a dynamic, international environment.

You will play an important role in supporting decision-making, monitoring business performance and delivering clear analytical insights across multiple markets. You will also contribute to sales planning processes, business reviews and presentations, helping stakeholders navigate complex information with confidence.

This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships across functions and countries. You are curious, proactive, and eager to leverage modern tools, including AI solutions, to improve efficiency and the quality of business outputs.

You are a collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and a natural ability to translate data into compelling business stories. In YOUR ROLE you will be:

• Preparing regular sales reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses for PL/CZ/SK markets
• Translating sales data into clear insights, conclusions and recommendations for business decisions
• Supporting sales planning, target follow-up and performance tracking across channels and markets
• Cooperating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing teams
• Supporting in preparing presentations for sales reviews, business updates and internal meetings
• Cooperating with external partners based on the values of our company
• Assuring local meeting organization and supporting basic office needs and supplies
• A part of a diverse, international team

YOUR PROFILE:

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work confidently with sales data
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to translate complexity into clear business conclusions
• Very good prioritizing and organizational skills
• Open mindset towards AI tools and interest in using them to improve analytical work, efficiency and quality of business outputs
• Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to look for solutions
• Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; Polish or Slovak would be a plus
• Sensitivity to luxury and pleasure to fragrance and beauty
