People Experience Partner - HR GENERALIST in Hustopece

Your Role

As a member of the People Experience team, you will be the heartbeat of the employee journey, owning the local execution of Global People programs and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can perform at their best and reach their full potential. You will be the primary partner for employees and managers in Hustopece translating HR policies into practical solutions and driving operational excellence across the region. This is a unique opportunity for you to gain broad exposure across diverse businesses while influencing the growth and development of our global workforce.

In this role, you will act as a key generalist partner to employees and managers—guiding talent development, supporting organizational initiatives, supporting Employee Relations cases, and managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through career transitions, incl. recruitment. Simultaneously, you will take ownership of accurate, compliant, and timely monthly payroll operations in Hustopece plant entity, managing relationships with external providers and maintaining rigorous compliance with local labor and tax laws.

Key Responsibilities
1. People Experience Generalist

• Managing the execution of critical global People (HR) programs, including performance management, talent planning, learning & development and compensation, in close partnership with People Business Partners and Center of Excellence teams.
• Ensuring high quality experience around the "moments that matter" within the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and key career transitions.
• Coaching and advising managers on employee relations, performance management, career development, and leadership capabilities to elevate team performance and engagement.
• Support in employee relations cases with sound judgment, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and GDPR.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying and diagnosing operational bottlenecks, developing and managing the implementation of solutions, and leveraging AI and digital tools to optimize HR service delivery.
• Utilizing data analytics and organizational diagnostics to identify trends and translate insights into actionable solutions for the business..
• Providing on-the-ground-feedback and insights to People Business Partners, CoE, and CBS- ensuring the broader People function remains connected to what is happening across the organization.

2. Payroll, Benefits & Administration

• End-to-End Hustopece Payroll Preparation: Accurate and timely preparation, entry, and validation of monthly payroll inputs (e.g., variable pay, new hires, terminations, leaves, and tax changes)
• Serving as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding payslips, leave balances and benefits.
• Rigorous Output Validation: Thorough auditing and reconciliation of pre-payroll and final payrolls from the external payroll provider to ensure zero-defect processing.
• Provider Management: Strong day-to-day alignment with the external payroll provider, driving accountability and smooth communication flows. Validate payroll data to guarantee 100% accuracy and SOX compliance.
• Benefits Administration: Hands-on management of local benefits programs, such as health insurance, pensions etc.
• Statutory Leave & Benefit Tracking: Expert handling and tracking of statutory leaves (parental, sick leave etc.)

3. Recruitment & Employer Branding

• Manages recruitment processes of blue collar workers, participates in selection procedures with candidates
• Communicates with hiring leaders, candidates and recruitment agencies
• Continuously improves the recruitment process, monitors advertising methods and platforms, and puts them into practice
• Helps to promote the company as a good employer in the region

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of relevant, progressive human resources experience, combining HR Generalist responsibilities with hands-on payroll and benefits administration.
• Czech Market Experience: Proven track record running and / or overseeing payroll and benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of Czech labor laws, local tax structures, social security environments
• Hands-on experience working with cloud-based HRIS-platforms and major Czech payroll solutions.
• Demonstrated ownership in managing competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and complex timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional fluency in Czech language and excellent verbal and written communication in English
