Pracovní nabídka

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join Ladislav Novák’s Export team. The role focuses on developing business activities, managing key customers and identifying new opportunities in international markets. We welcome candidates with strong negotiation skills, proven B2B or retail sales experience, analytical thinking and willingness to travel. English is a must; another European language is an advantage.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and develop an entrusted portfolio of customers in international markets
Actively identify new business opportunities and customers
Lead business negotiations and prepare annual business plans for key customers
Build long-term relationships through regular online and personal customer meetings
Monitor sales performance, profitability, forecasts and market potential
Coordinate product listings, assortment expansion and promotional activities
Cooperate with product management, marketing, logistics, customer service and Legrand Europe sales teams

YOUR PROFILE:

At least 3 years of experience in B2B or retail sales
Experience with export and international business is an advantage
Strong business, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyse business data and prepare business plans
Very good knowledge of English is a must
Another European language is an advantage (e.g. French, German, Spanish or Italian)
Result-oriented, proactive and responsible personality
PC user knowledge, especially MS Office and CRM tools
Driving licence B and willingness to travel abroad regularly
