WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Group Reporting Specialist to join our Group Finance Team in Prague.

This role will support the preparation and analysis of Group consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and Group standards, while driving process improvements, automation, and supporting the development of new reporting solutions.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Monthly review of Group consolidated financial statements, including analysis of segment-level financial results and consolidation adjustments
• Preparation of semi-annual IFRS consolidated financial statements, working closely with Group auditors
• Responsibility for improving processes and reducing manual work across the group
• Implementation of new controls, using data visualization and BI tools
• Daily support and close communication with local finance teams across 11 European countries

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Reviewing reporting to ensure compliance with Group standards
• Daily support and communication with Local finance teams
• Monthly review of financial results prepared and presented by local Finance teams
• Preparation of annual IFRS consolidated financial statements including: preparing associated notes and supporting schedules, tax packages, and working closely with the Group audit team
• Improvement of controlling processes and design of reports under new analytical platform (Tableau)
• Involvement in acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing
• Close cooperation with Group tax team on transfer pricing and ad hoc projects
• Other tasks related to finance assigned by the management

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Controlling & Reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS; ACCA certificate and practical experience with consolidations is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; Power BI/Tableau is an advantage
• Languages: Czech/Slovak (native or bilingual) + English (professional working level)
• Analytical personality, ability to multitask, effective self-management
