Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated student to support our Project Management team on a part-time basis (15 hours/week). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical communications and project coordination while continuing your study. You will assist in supporting the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of diverse projects within MphaR. The successful candidate will manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, support virtual and live events. Candidate needs to be based in Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing and managing virtual platforms for project execution.
• Support contract documentation and record-keeping.
• Liaise with the compliance team to help ensure adherence to internal and client standards.
• Provide on-site support during live events.
• Qualifications

Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Project management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively alongside studies.
• Oral and written fluency in English (B2-C1 level) is a must
• Native speaker or C1 Czech language
