The Role

The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational support related to the management of the real estate portfolio, with a focus on property operations and coordination.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate routine property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost and time effective solutions, resolving tenant issues
• Provide administrative support in managing property budgets (OPEX / CAPEX), including cost tracking and basic reporting.
• Handle tasks related to the property portfolio, including documentation, lease agreements, and technical records.
• Support the administration of receivables, including monitoring overdue payments and conducting basic follow-up communication with tenants, in coordination with senior management and external partners.
• Assist with the administration of insurance claims and insured events, including communication with insurers and preparation of related documentation.
• Prepare regular summaries and reports on property operations for internal management, service charge reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of property-related invoices and payments.

Who We Are Looking For

• University of secondary education in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
• Professional level of Czech and English at a working level, spoken and written.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
