We are continuously looking for new ways to make our processes smarter, faster, and more efficient, while ensuring that our operations support the continued growth of the business. We are therefore looking for an OPERATIONS DEVELOPER to join our team, bring fresh expertise, develop our processes, and help move both our operations and the wider business forward.

What will you be responsible for?

• Preparing and leading projects focused on expanding and developing our production and logistics capabilities
• Translating business needs and expectations into effective operational solutions
• Analysing operational, production, and warehouse processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional project teams across Desenio Group in Europe and North America
• Working with operational data, KPIs, and reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Contributing to automation and digitalisation initiatives, including the use of AI agents in administrative and operational processes
• Supporting the development of systems and processes across both in-house and external fulfilment centres
• Contributing to supply chain development and optimisation
• Evaluating implemented changes and measuring their impact, including return on investment
• Documenting processes and establishing efficient and scalable ways of working

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who thinks analytically, takes a solution-oriented approach, and is not afraid to work closely with our on-site operations to understand how things really work.

You should be able to connect strategy, data, processes, systems, and people. We are not looking for someone who simply identifies problems, but for someone who can develop practical solutions, take them through to implementation, and evaluate the results.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience in operations, logistics, production, process development, continuous improvement, or a similar environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A structured and systematic approach to your work
• The ability to work confidently with data and a good command of Excel
• An interest in automation, digitalisation, and the practical application of AI
• The ability to view processes from both an operational and a business perspective
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• The ability to lead projects independently and take full ownership of their delivery
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions
• A good command of spoken and written English
• Experience with ERP, WMS, CRM, Power BI, SQL, or similar systems and tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
