Customer Support Specialist - OneArc Simulation Support (PRG)

We are a well-established team based in Prague (Czech Republic), developing world-leading military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. We constantly seek ways to advance the industry using the latest technologies and trends to ensure our software drives success on the ground.

Your job will be totally different from what you expect

We offer a wide variety of work and a crunch-free environment due to our products being developed as a continuous service. Also, you will not constantly do the same things over and over again.

You will serve as a key liaison between our users and internal teams, directly interacting with customers via email, phone, or on-site visits. Our business has a worthy cause, the work we do has an actual impact on making the world a safer place.

You will handle the full cycle of customer experience—from installing, configuring, and troubleshooting OneArc software to ensuring orders are packed and dispatched, and assisting with live demos and special events.

• You are fluent in spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with BAE Systems OneArc products, such as VBS and ArmA.
• Basic ArmA/VBS scripting, terrain creation, 3D modeling, or basic programming skills.
• Fundamentals in networking and operating system administration.
• Prior customer service experience using CRM tools.
• Additional European language skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for on-site customer support or company events.
