What is the role about?

Sales Support & Operations

• Coordinate the complete sales order lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy across CRM and internal systems.
• Prepare and validate sales documentation.
• Cooperate with Procurement, Service Account Managers, Project Managers, Accountants and global teams.
• Resolve complex operational issues and escalations.

Billing & Administration

• Coordinate invoicing, credit notes and related administration.
• Verify pricing, contracts and supporting documentation.
• Support reporting activities and maintain high data quality.

Team Coordination

• Act as Deputy Team Leader during absences.
• Coordinate daily team activities and workload prioritization.
• Represent the Sales Support team in cross-functional meetings.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain documentation, templates and working procedures.
• Support workflow automation and standardization initiatives.
• Analyze recurring operational issues and recommend improvements.

What are the expectations from you?

Required Skills 

• Experience in Sales Support, Operations, Back Office or Project Coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills.
• Experience working with CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• English (B2 or higher) for daily communication + local language (Czech)
• Ability to learn new processes quickly.
• Basic understanding of taxation or invoicing principles is an advantage.
• Structured and systematic approach to work.

Other useful info?

• Location – Prague or Brno, we have 2 offices in CZ and we would be happy to welcome you in both of them, we have flexible set-up for all our people around the world and its specific arrangement is based on your agreement with your leader
• Salary – based on your seniority & experience from 40 to 55 000 CZK/monthly/full-time + benefit package such as:

• Contract - we offer direct employment with permanent contract and 4-months probation period
