About your manager
Marek Novotný is a PwC Partner recognized as a strong technology executive working extensively across both US and European markets. He leads large-scale initiatives in custom software development, digital products and services, cloud transformation, and data-related services. He values quality, reliability, and trusted client relationships while supporting professional growth and development.

Job description & summary

• Provide personal assistance and day-to-day support to Marek Novotný.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, and draft correspondence.
• Coordinate business travel including flights, accommodation, transportation, and expense processing.
• Support operational finance activities including invoicing, vendor management, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including communication and system access arrangements.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives together with UX designers.
• Manage regular vendor feedback processes within the Care Program.
• Organise conferences, workshops, team events, and other internal activities.
• Cooperate with the Operations team throughout the hiring process.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

What matters to us

• Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Executive Secretary role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Fluent Czech and English.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite).
