Are you currently working in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination or HR Administration and looking for a role where you can take the next step towards a more advisory and stakeholder-facing position?

We are currently looking for an HR Advisor – Talent & Workforce Operations to join the Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations team of a leading global pharmaceutical company in Prague.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands HR processes, systems and administration, but would now like to work more closely with hiring managers and support them in making the right workforce decisions.

What will you be doing?
You will act as a point of contact for hiring and engagement managers and help them understand the best way to cover their workforce needs.

This may involve permanent employees, temporary workers, external contractors or outsourced solutions. You will not be responsible for sourcing candidates in the traditional recruiter sense. Instead, you will help managers understand the available options, ensure the correct process is followed and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and advising hiring managers on workforce needs
• Coordinating with Talent Acquisition, HR, Procurement, Legal and other internal teams
• Helping determine the correct type of workforce solution for each business need
• Supporting workforce classification and compliance processes
• Working with HR and workforce data, reports and market information
• Ensuring accurate data entry and supporting improvements to HR processes
• Helping managers navigate internal policies and workforce-related requirements

What kind of profile are we looking for?
You do not need to already be an experienced Workforce Advisor.

We are particularly interested in candidates coming from:

• HR Operations
• HR Administration
• Talent Acquisition Operations
• Recruitment Coordination
• People Services / Shared Services
• HR Generalist roles
• Procurement or contract administration

You should be comfortable working with different stakeholders, handling HR data and systems, and explaining processes clearly to managers.

Experience with Workday or other HR systems, procurement, contracts, compliance, workforce planning or external workers would be an advantage.

This could be a very good opportunity for someone who is currently in an operational or administrative HR role and would like to develop towards a more consultative and business-facing HR position.

📍 Location: Prague
🏠 Working model: Hybrid
💰 Salary: 55,000 CZK gross/month (25 days of holiday, additional holiday during Christmas, 4 sick days, home office contribution, meal vouchers, annual bonus, multisport, laptop)
📅 Employment contract: 12 months
