We are currently looking for an HR Administration Specialist with German to join an international pharmaceutical organization in Prague.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in HR Administration, HR Shared Services or People Operations who enjoys working with HR systems, employee data and supporting employees throughout the full employment lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage HR administrative processes across the full Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle
• Support onboarding, contract changes, transfers, parental leave, part-time arrangements and terminations
• Maintain and update employee data in Workday and SAP HR
• Prepare HR documentation, certificates and employee correspondence
• Respond to employee and manager HR queries within agreed service levels
• Ensure accuracy and quality of HR data
• Support compliance, audit and data privacy activities
• Work closely with HR colleagues, managers and other stakeholders in an international environment
• Contribute to HR process improvements, system enhancements and optimization projects

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, People Operations or a similar environment
• Good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
• Experience with Workday and/or SAP HR is highly advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Good spoken and written German and English
