Junior Automotive Product Content Specialist

At Volkswagen Group Services, we are looking for a new colleague to support us and the Volkswagen Group in coordinating product and aftersales communication projects. In this role, you will combine project coordination, automotive marketing, content production and product portfolio management while collaborating closely with internal teams, markets, agencies and suppliers.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate product and aftersales communication projects for customers and other Volkswagen Group companies from initial briefing through final delivery.
• Organise studio photo shoots and coordinate the production and post-production of marketing materials.
• Secure vehicles, products, prototypes, accessories and other inputs required for production.
• Manage the assigned vehicle and aftersales product portfolio and verify the completeness and accuracy of deliverables.
• Act as a reliable VWGS interface for customer stakeholders, importers, markets, agencies, photographers and external suppliers.
• Prepare presentations, approval documents and materials for tender processes.
• Plan and monitor project budgets, schedules, quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain records of materials and products, support related administration and contribute to the continuous improvement of VWGS processes, including the use of new technologies and AI tools.

What we expect from you

• Experience in marketing, communication, content production or project coordination.
• The ability to independently coordinate several activities, stakeholders and partners at the same time.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, reliable and flexible approach, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• English at a minimum B2 level and a category B driving licence

An advantage would be

• Experience in the automotive industry or in advertising or photographic production.
• Experience coordinating creative agencies, suppliers or tender processes.
• Knowledge of SAP, JIRA, AI tools, CGI, 3D data or digital production.
