(Active) Sales Support with Dutch OR German

Do you speak Dutch OR German at a native or near-native level?
Are you curious about sales and business development, and enjoy communicating with people?

We are looking for a motivated colleague with excellent communication skills who is ready to build relationships with prospective clients and help expand company's business.

In this role, you will join a supportive team focused on growing the company’s client portfolio. You’ll be the first point of contact for new potential clients and play a key part in identifying their needs.

NO PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED - what matters is your ability to communicate clearly, think proactively and enjoy building relationships with new customers.

🧩Key Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to prospective clients, presenting the company’s product and building initial relationships
• Understanding customers’ pain points and identifying new sales opportunities
• Working with our CRM system to manage leads, calls and customer data
• Scheduling business visits with new clients
• Passing qualified opportunities to the sales team

📝What you need:

• Dutch or German at C1+ level (native/near-native, excellent communication)
• Strong English proficiency (C1)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ideal if you have experience in customer service
• Ability to identify customer needs and guide conversations effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
