📄 Full-time position, long-term cooperation

🧩 Key responsibilities:

• Providing technical support (engineering, not IT) and communicating with customers and internal departments
• Analysing and responding to technical inquiries, including escalation when needed
• Working with technical documentation
• Searching for and processing data in internal systems
• Cooperating with Product Support, Development, Quality and Customer Service teams
• Preparing reports
• Identifying recurring issues and proposing process improvements

📝 What you need:

• Good level of English – main internal communication language
• Communicative French (or Dutch)
• Technical education or experience in customer service within a technical environment
• Reliability, accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication skills
