Job description, responsibilities and duties:

• Partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategies aligned withorganizational goals
• Leading talent management, workforce planning, and successioninitiatives
• Championing employee experience through the employeelifecycle from employer branding to recruitment and onboardingto retain talent
• Being responsible for managing employee relations, performancemanagement, and engagement programs
• Supporting / driving change management, organizationaldevelopment, and culture-building efforts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure labor andwelfare, policies compliance
• Using HR analytics to guide decisions and improve results
• Coaching business leaders on people and culture
• Building network and managing key stakeholders across theorganization as well as externally (Local Country ManagementTeam, Group HR Team, Regional HR team, external partners,including recruitment agencies)
• Reporting to the Head of HR, with dotted line to the CountryManaging Director

Personality requirements and skills:

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, orrelated field
• Solid professional experience in human resources management
• Understanding of key HR processes and principles
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Technological proficiency: HR information systems, Microsoft OfficeSuite, digital tools, AI
• Strong work with data
• Fluency in local language (Czech / Slovak) and proficiency in English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
