🛠️ Technical Support Team Member – Brno

MSI is looking for a new colleague to join our international team in Brno, Czech Republic. At MSI, we don’t care about your years of experience. What matters to us is your passion and desire to learn! 🔥

What will you do?

👤 Provide customer support and coordinate communication between customers, service engineers and HQ managers
📊 Collect, organize and process various types of data to improve our services
🖥️ Test brand-new products, assemble and disassemble PCs
🚗 Handle the basic management of company vehicles
📢 Closely cooperate with the marketing team on preparing events and various fan gatherings

Who are we looking for?

⚙️ Hardware enthusiast who know how to build a PC and can handle basic repairs. Being an active gamer is a big plus!
📈 A person, comfortable with administrative tasks, data processing and helping out with event organization
🧩 Someone who can handle things independently and isn’t afraid to communicate
💬 Czech or Slovak native speaker, comfortable with English. An active driver.
🎓 No professional experience? No problem! This role is perfectly suitable for fresh graduates with a passion for tech
