We’re looking for a talented and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Prague. If you’re passionate about storytelling, branding, creative thinking, public relations, and digital marketing and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, this is the role for you!

At PFX, you’ll be part of a dynamic, internationally recognized team working on groundbreaking projects. You’ll have creative freedom to shape our brand identity while collaborating with top-tier talent across the industry.

What Awaits You:

• Act as the brand custodian, aligning marketing, sales, and studio branches.
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports PFX’s business goals.
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that strengthen the PFX brand and support business development.
• Collaborate with our external Graphic Designer on presentations, branded content, and promotional materials, providing creative direction and maintaining a high visual standard.
• Lead PFX’s PR activities by building relationships with industry media and creating press releases, articles, interviews, and company announcements.
• Proactively pitch PFX’s marketing/PR activities, awards, and stories to increase the studio’s visibility across the VFX, animation, and film industries.
• Coordinate internal communications across our international branches, including newsletters, project updates, and employer branding.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns that strengthen the PFX brand.
• Oversee PFX’s social media strategy, working closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure content aligns with business goals.

What Makes You a Match:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Agency experience or a background in creative campaigns, brand strategy, or art direction is highly valued.
• Experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications is a strong advantage.
• Background or passion for Film, TV, Animation, or VFX preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, PR, and social media best practices.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong creative judgement and the ability to develop ideas and provide creative direction.
• Comfortable using design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar) to create presentations and collaborate effectively with designers.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
