Position Summary
 

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will become a key technical expert in products belonging to several of our product lines. You will work in close partnership with our Sales Engineers, providing support and expertise on the usage of our products. The team you join plays a pivotal role not only in problem-solving, but also in bringing new products and updates to market and being an internal technical trainer for your colleagues.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Supporting KEYENCE Sales Engineers regarding product specifications, product capabilities or troubleshooting. The support will be done via email, phone, face-to-face or video.
• Performing technical training for colleagues and clients.
• Creating supporting and training material for Sales Engineers and Clients.
• Actively contribute to new product launches by preparing training content, sharing technical knowledge, and conducting on-site training sessions as part of our go-to-market strategy.

What do we require?

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field is preferred
• Business proficiency in English and fluency in Czech
• Driving license is required
• Willingness to travel for customer visits
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Strong desire to learn and grow within a high-tech environment
