HEAD OF CONTROLLING CZ

The Head of Controlling CZ leads the company's controlling processes, financial planning, and reporting. The role provides reliable financial insights, supports strategic decision-making, and translates financial and business performance into a single, coherent view for management.

The ideal candidate has :

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in controlling, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
• Experience in leading a controlling function or managing a team, with strong business partnering skills
• Fluent English and Czech / Slovak communication skills
