What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers by:

• Supporting customers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Resolving customer questions and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinating with internal teams including Logistics, Sales, Credit Management, Marketing, and Operations to find the best solutions.
• Managing urgent customer issues and ensuring smooth follow-up until resolution.
• Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyzing customer data and identifying trends that help improve customer experience and business performance.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and helping create a better customer journey.

Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries, including:

• Customers such as wholesalers and retailers
• Sales and Key Account teams
• Logistics and Supply Chain
• Credit Management
• Marketing and Brand teams
• Global Capability Center (GCC) teams

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• SAP knowledge is a PLUS
