The Taiwan Eximbank Prague Office is looking for a reliable and independent colleague who will become an important part of our office’s day-to-day operations.
You can expect varied work in an international environment where you’ll put your organizational skills, English proficiency, and ability to communicate with institutions and business partners to good use. If you’re looking for stable employment with exposure to finance, economics, and international trade, we’d love to meet you.
What will your responsibilities be?
Your work will be diverse, and every day will bring new challenges.
For example, you will:
- monitor economic developments, legislative changes, and the business environment in the Czech Republic,
- prepare clear reports and analyses in English for company management,
- communicate with government agencies, financial institutions, and business partners,
- ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide administrative support to management,
- greet visitors and handle phone and email correspondence,
- occasionally drive a company car during business meetings or when accompanying international guests,
- and assist with other tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional who:
- has a college degree (at least a bachelor’s degree),
- speaks Czech fluently and English very well (English is the everyday working language),
- holds a Class B driver’s license and drives regularly,
- is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),
- is reliable, meticulous, and able to work independently,
- has a work permit for the Czech Republic.
- It would be an advantage if you have
- experience in administration, assistant roles, or financial institutions,
- basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.
