ALVI Praha s.r.o. is a Czech company specializing in professional beauty equipment and cosmetic products for beauty salons and aesthetic studios.
We cooperate with beauty professionals across Europe and are currently expanding our business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region). We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence in these markets.
What will you do?
Develop new business opportunities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Build long-term relationships with beauty salons and business partners.
Search for new customers and manage existing accounts.
Conduct online meetings and business negotiations.
Prepare quotations and close deals.
Work with our CRM system and maintain customer records.
Cooperate with other departments to provide excellent customer service.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
What do we expect?
German language – C1 level or higher (mandatory).
Russian or Ukrainian – fluent (mandatory).
Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account management is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and achieve results.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
English language skills are a plus.
