We are an international company expanding our presence in The Czech Pebulic. To support this growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Office Manager who will play a key role in establishing our new branch and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
• Support in setting up and organizing a new department
• Ensure smooth daily office operations and administration
• Take care of clients and maintain long-term business relationships
• Identify and establish partnerships with potential business partners
• Handle correspondence and communication in English, Czech, and Polish
• Assist with basic accounting and financial documentation
• Collaborate with the management team to support strategic goals
Requirements
• Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role • Fluency in English, Czech, and Polish (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability What We Offer
