Mission:

You will play a key role in ensuring financial clarity and control across our projects. By maintaining accurate budgets, overseeing expenditures, and delivering reliable reporting, you will support informed decision-making at both project and portfolio level. You will also be responsible for the accounting and financial oversight of project SPVs, ensuring compliance and transparency.

Job Description

1. Daily Operations & Maintenance

• End‑to‑end coordination of daily building operations, including coordination of facility services and repairs.
• Monitoring the condition of apartments and common areas; identifying issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conducting regular inspections and coordinating cleaning, security, and service providers.

2. Tenancy Processes & Customer Journey

• Handling unit takeovers and handovers (check‑ins / check‑outs), including all related administrative and accounting steps.
• Monitoring payments and managing outstanding balances.
• Conducting viewings with prospective clients and guiding them through the rental process.

3. Client Experience (CX)

• Ensuring a high‑quality living experience for residents through professional communication and timely support.
• Handling daily resident inquiries and identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction.
• Contributing to consistent standards in service delivery.

4. Supplier Coordination & Communication

• Managing relationships with key external partners and suppliers.
• Negotiating timelines, tasks, and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinating service delivery, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with agreed standards.

5. Administration & Reporting

• Regular reporting
• Working with Tririga and CRM systems (training will be provided).
• Maintaining required records for Foreign Police and local authorities.

6. Change Management & Process Development

• Participating in thedigitalization of processes (documentation, communication, ticketing, workflows).
• Actively contributing to the creation, improvement, and implementation of operational procedures and standards.Bringing improvement ideas to enhance efficiency and overall operational quality.
