As a consultant, you will work on transformational projects for clients in the financial sector, especially banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.

About your manager

Adam Kele leads the German Financial Services Transformation Practice within Technology Consulting and brings 15 years of experience in technology strategy, complex program delivery, and system integration and transformation projects across the Central and Eastern European region. Adam is passionate about bridging the IT and business perspectives, bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach to both business and delivery.

Job description & summary

As a consultant, you will work on transformation projects for clients in the financial sector — primarily banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.

You will:

• Work on projects directly at our clients
• Analyze and map business requirements
• Assist with the design and implementation of solutions
• Present implemented solutions to clients
• Build and manage client relationships on a daily basis

Requirements of the role

• Completed university education
• At least 1 year of experience in consulting or financial services
• Experience using German at B2-C1 level and English at C1 level in a professional environment
• Passion for technology and its applications in business
• Good understanding of economic and management topics
• An open mindset when searching for innovative solutions
• Willingness to learn new tools and solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — daily collaboration with clients and the team
• A motivated, ambitious, and hardworking person with a friendly attitude
• A self‑starter with a can‑do mindset
• Knowledge of Czech/Slovak is an advantage, and English proficiency is essential.
