Currently, Andaz Prague is looking for a commercially driven and analytically strong Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across two luxury properties – Andaz Prague and Park Hyatt Vienna.

In this role, you will maximize hotel revenue through effective pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies, ensuring strong market share and profitability.

What you will do

• Develop and implement revenue, pricing, and distribution strategies across all channels
• Optimize inventory and demand to maximize revenue and market share
• Deliver accurate forecasts (daily, monthly, annual) and prepare budgets
• Analyze performance and provide insights to drive business decisions
• Lead and develop the revenue management team
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on group pricing, digital strategy, and campaigns
• Manage OTA relationships to maximize visibility and revenue
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt Revenue Management standards
• Lead Sales Strategy and Daily Business Review meetings

What we are looking for

• Min. 2 years’ experience in Revenue Management (Revenue Analyst / Assistant Director level)
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience with revenue systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, BI tools)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset and strategic thinking

Education
High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
