We are looking for a Product Specialist in a support-focused role who will work closely with the lead demo specialist and provide technical, operational, and logistical support for product demonstrations and customer activities.

The position is ideal for a candidate with a military or security background either from professional experience or university who understands the military environment, weapons, and tactical procedures, but at the same time, the candidate should have a strong affinity for technology and be capable of operating and demonstrating simulation systems and related training technologies.. The role focuses more on hands-on support, equipment management, system knowledge, and coordination.

Bagira provides advanced mission readiness solutions used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers in more than 40 locations worldwide. The R&D center in Brno employs over 150 specialists focused on developing unique hardware and software simulators for security forces.

Key Responsibilities

Expertise & Product Support

• Become a subject matter expert in system capabilities and product functionality
• Provide technical and expert support during product demonstrations and customer visits
• Support the Integration team with product knowledge, testing, validation, and system integration
• Cooperate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
• Collect user feedback and communicate it to development teams
• Continuously improve demo quality and overall customer experience

Operational & Logistics Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, loading, and unloading of all demo and marketing equipment
• Manage inventory, storage, and tracking of marketing and demo assets
• Ensure all equipment is properly returned, functional, and ready after each event
• Maintain and organize the marketing warehouse (Backsite of Innovation Hub)
• Manage and maintain the Marketing VAN

Innovation Hub Management

• Oversee the Innovation Hub space, ensuring readiness for customer visits and internal use
• Coordinate and balance activities between Marketing and Technology teams
• Support demo activities and internal testing within the Innovation Hub

Required Profile

• Practical knowledge of weapons, security techniques, and tactical procedures is an advantage
• Professional level of English (STANAG 2/3)
• Technical mindset and ability to understand complex systems
• Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• Interest in modern defense technologies and innovation
• Good communication skills (presentation skills are an advantage, not a requirement)
• Willingness to travel (customers, exercises, trade fairs)
• Active shooter - advantage
