Heimstaden is a pan-European real estate investor, manager and operator. We manage around 155,000 homes across nine countries with a property value of around EUR 30bn. We acquire, develop, and manage properties, focusing on creating lasting value for shareholders, our tenants and the communities where our properties are located.
You will join our Shared Service Center for Recruitment, reporting to the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager. The Shared Service Center currently supports recruitment across Germany, Czechia, and our Group and Service functions in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
As part of our wider Group People & Culture (P&C) organisation, the Recruitment team plays a key role in shaping Heimstaden's culture and success by attracting top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
This full-time position is based in our Ostrava office with onsite presence required. While your primary focus will be recruiting for Czechia, you will also support projects in the Shared Service Center that apply for several countries. In this role, you will collaborate closely with local hiring managers and the local P&C teams to understand business needs, advise on talent strategies, and deliver successful recruitment outcomes.
You are a proactive and results-oriented recruitment professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
You combine strong organisational skills with a structured approach to managing multiple priorities. With a solutions-focused mindset, you are comfortable navigating challenges and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. Most importantly, you are passionate about connecting people with opportunities and contributing to business success through great hiring decisions.
