We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Velké Meziříčí. You will be a true partner to both managers and employees, combining day-to-day HR support with a broader impact on people and business performance.

What you will do
You will play a key role in supporting a defined part of the operation and influencing both team performance and overall business outcomes.

You can look forward to:

• partnering with managers on leadership topics, performance, and team development
• managing recruitment activities, including cooperation with agencies and workforce planning
• ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
• working with performance management, talent development, and succession planning
• contributing to compensation processes, including salary reviews
• analysing HR data, monitoring KPIs, and identifying improvement opportunities
• providing guidance on labour law and ensuring compliance with internal policies
• being in daily contact with employees and supporting their needs directly in the operation
• participating in HR projects and implementation of new processes
• supporting employee engagement initiatives
• This role is not just office-based – you will be close to the operation, where things really happen.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and able to partner effectively with managers.

• At least 4 years of HR experience (ideally as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner)
• Experience working closely with managers and supporting business needs
• Solid knowledge of labour law
• Ability to work with HR data and metrics
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent Czech and communicative English

And personally:

• confidence to support and challenge managers when needed
• independence, organisation, and discretion

Nice to have

• experience in logistics or manufacturing
• experience with agency workforce
• involvement in HR projects or change initiatives
• experience with HR systems or reporting
