Our International Support Line team is an important part of what we do. We help hotel guests and staff when they need support with connectivity or technical issues.
We are not an anonymous call center, we care about high-quality support, good teamwork and providing a service that hotels can rely on.
We are looking for a German-speaking colleague to join our team and help guests and hotel staff with routine technical questions.
You do not need to be a network specialist, what matters most to us is good communication, reliability, willingness to learn and the ability to stay calm and professional when helping customers.
