We are currently looking for a professional in the logistics industry to join our team in Prague, as a

OCEAN FREIGHT FORWARDER (k/m/d)

As Ocean Freight Forwarder you will be responsible for:

Leading and overseeing ocean freight operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
Developing comprehensive customer service strategies, offering optimal pricing and operational solutions
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with shipping companies, customs agencies, shipowners, and loading offices
Supervising the smooth execution of sea forwarding operations and ensuring compliance with regulations
Overseeing the preparation of relevant documentation and ensuring data accuracy in the systems
Continuously monitoring transportation costs and optimizing profitability of the sea product
Managing and resolving complaints effectively
Directly cooperating with the company's branches in Poland and abroad to drive business success

Experience in ocean freight forwarding
Very good knowledge of forwarding issues
Knowledge of the transportation market
Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Very good knowledge of English and Czech, both spoken and written
Good organization of work
Social and communication skills
