Key Account Manager – Sustainability | Europe | Prague-based Hybrid Role

Join the Sustainability Centre of Excellence team at Spirax Group and help shape sustainable growth across EMEA.

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with proven experience in the field of sustainability who can build senior customer relationships, lead complex international accounts, and drive measurable sustainability impact across industrial customers in Europe.

This is a strategic role with strong visibility across the organization, working closely with technical experts, service teams, OpCos, and global account structures.

🌍 What will you do?

• Own and develop strategic Key Accounts across EMEA

• Build and execute long-term customer sustainability roadmaps

• Drive business growth through strategic initiatives and new opportunities

• Act as a senior partner for customers in sustainability and long-term collaboration discussions

• Coordinate cross-functional international teams to deliver integrated customer solutions

• Work closely with Global Account Managers, technical experts and regional OpCos

👤 Your manager:

You will report directly to Rebecca Bowen, Head of Sustainability CoE — an energetic, experienced and highly respected leader with strong commercial and EMEA leadership background.

✅ What we are looking for:

• Proven Key Account Management experience in sustainability-focused environments

• Experience managing large international customers

• Background in industrial, energy, services or sustainability-led sectors

• Strong stakeholder management and commercial mindset

• Ability to work in matrix/global structures

• Executive-level communication skills

• Fluent English and Czech language

💰 Package:

• £70,000–£80,000 annual base salary
