We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members of the US military community and their families living overseas.
💙 What you’ll be doing
This is more than just a customer service job. You’ll be supporting people who need help navigating healthcare – often in important or stressful situations. No two days are the same.
- Taking inbound calls from clients around the world
- Helping them access medical care locally
- Answering questions about enrolment, treatment, and claims
- Coordinating with hospitals, clinics and providers globally
- Booking or updating medical appointments
- Managing cases in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Following up to make sure everything is resolved
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer service (call center is a plus, but not required)
- Strong English (spoken & written)
- A second European language is a big advantage
- Great communication and listening skills
- A calm, empathetic and positive approach
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive mindset
