Lead Cost Analyst (m/f/d)

In this role, you will partner directly with the INNIO Head of FP&A, VP of Controlling, Base Cost FP&A Leader as well as respective operating leaders to ensure timely reporting of financials and operational KPI’s for Cost accounts and CAPEX while also managing process automation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in business planning session and support the development of short and long-range financial and business planning cycles
• Support the Head of FP&A and Base Cost FP&A Leader with actuals and planning key financial data, including Base Cost, CAPEX, Headcount, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize financial performance
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing insights to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency
• Lead monthly data collection and prepare respective presentation for the FP&A team
• Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing financial insights and recommendations to support CAPEX planning during re-forecasting / budgeting cycles
• Support Business Intelligence development projects, Planning tool development, anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures on Base cost and CAPEX process
• Ensure the accuracy of the organization’s financial results
• Solicit feedback on planning cycle performance regularly and modify processes accordingly

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration
• Professional experience in Accounting or Controlling ideally in a complex organisation
• ACCA / CPA qualification & Experience Big Four is a plus
• Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
