Vehicle, energy, and usage come from a single source. This combination enables clear differentiation in the market – especially through access to affordable electric vehicles and competitive electricity prices in the region.

Your role

You will take on a key role with direct impact on the company’s development. Your task is not to build something from scratch, but to strategically optimize, accelerate, and scale an already functioning business.

Your responsibilities

Optimization & Efficiency

• Analyze and improve existing sales processes
• Reduce vehicle sales cycle time (goal: significant reduction)
• Optimize internal workflows and clarify task distribution
• Relieve the sales team of administrative tasks
• Increase inventory turnover and reduce vehicle holding times

Sales & Performance

• Stabilize and expand used car sales (target: approx. 20 vehicles/week)
• Further develop the import business (Germany → Czech Republic)
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and rental teams
• Manage revenue, margins, and sales KPIs

Financial Management & Processes

• Reduce capital tied up in vehicle inventory (target: -50%)
• Optimize credit lines and lower financing costs (target: > CZK 2.4 million p.a.)
• Improve working capital and overall profitability
• Responsibility for vehicle financing, banking, and insurance processes

Growth & New Business Areas

• Expand electric vehicle rental business (target: doubling)
• Further develop electricity sales for EVs
• Leverage our competitive advantage (vehicle + affordable electricity) for customer acquisition
• Enter additional markets, including international customers

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a leadership role in sales or operations
• Experience in the automotive industry (ideally VW / Škoda environment)
• Understanding of dealership processes (sales, service, operations)
• Experience with financing / leasing / insurance is an advantage
• Strong business acumen, ideally with a finance background
• Proven track record in process optimization and efficiency improvement
• Assertiveness and results orientation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Driver’s license (Class B)
• Languages: German or English (advanced)

• Base salary: 800,000 – 1,000,000 CZK
• Bonus: performance-based (KPI-driven, no upper limit)
• OTE: 1,200,000 – 2,000,000 CZK+
