We are looking for an experienced, independent, and analytically strong Senior Controller who will play a key financial role within the international EMOS Group. You will be responsible for group-level reporting, financial analysis, and providing critical insights that support strategic decisions. If you enjoy working with data, improving processes, and influencing business performance, this role is an excellent opportunity for you.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reporting of financial results to the parent company in France
• Analysis of the financial performance of the EMOS Group — parent company in the Czech Republic and international subsidiaries
• Interpretation of financial data, recommendations for improvement, and support of Group Management in strategic decision-making
• Participation in budgeting processes across the group
• Continuous optimization of controlling processes and increasing efficiency within the group
YOUR PROFILE:
• Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented mindset, and ability to make independent decisions
• University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• Professional experience in controlling, ideally within an international company
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and reporting standards
• Active command of English (French is an advantage)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
