About the opportunity

We are partnering with a global, highly innovative organization undergoing a major transformation in how it manages its external workforce and HR processes.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic Senior Legal Counsel role, where you will shape how a global business approaches:

• external workforce governance
• contractor compliance
• and the future integration of AI into HR decision-making

You won't just be reviewing contracts - you will be influencing global policy, risk frameworks, and business decisions at scale.

Your role

You will act as the go-to legal expert for all topics related to external workforce and employment compliance:

• Advise on contractor / agency worker models and classification risks
• Support policy design and compliance frameworks across regions
• Partner with Procurement on supplier contracts and workforce models
• Provide legal guidance on modern HR tools and automation initiatives
• Act as a key stakeholder in global governance and decision-making forums

What we're looking for

• Solid experience in employment / labour law
• Background as Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel / Employment Lawyer
• Experience working with:contractors / agency workforce / outsourcing
• compliance, policies, or governance
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills

💡 Exposure to areas like external workforce management, vendor models, or HR transformation is a strong advantage.
