I’m looking for someone to join me at Business Lease Group and help keep things running smoothly — across HR and numbers.
This isn’t just admin. It’s a mix of HR, finance, and day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
💼 Supporting HR agenda & admin (the essentials)
📊 Working with numbers — budgets, forecasts, payroll inputs
📑 Helping out with audits
🧠 Ad hoc tasks (aka no two days are the same)
Who I’m looking for:
👉 Someone who likes things organized — in processes and in numbers
👉 Excel doesn’t scare you
👉 You can work independently but also as a team when needed
👉 Experience in HR or finance is a plus (not a must)
👉 You can work 10 - 15 hrs/week (meet in office at least once a week for a few hours)
