We are currently partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organization to support the continued expansion of their international sourcing and procurement hub in Prague. We are looking for an Associate Specialist – Sourcing & Contracting to support end-to-end procurement activities within a fast-paced international business operations environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering sourcing initiatives across global markets. You will collaborate closely with category leads and senior stakeholders, managing RFx processes, supplier engagement, evaluation, and contract execution. This position offers strong exposure to global sourcing strategies and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx preparation and execution
• Collaborate with global category teams and internal stakeholders
• Manage supplier communications and evaluate RFx responses
• Execute sourcing projects (RFx) with values up to $5 million
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with third parties
• Ensure compliance throughout the contracting lifecycle
• Conduct internal and external third-party risk assessments
• Maintain accurate documentation and risk mitigation records
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and stakeholder experience
• Ensure service levels are met and stakeholder satisfaction is maintained

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contracting
• Fluent English + professional Portugal
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to improve processes

Additional Information

• Prague, Czech Republic - hybrid
• 40 hours per week
• Employment Contract: 12 months (extension possible)
