Branch Product Support

As a Branch Product Support you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Branch Product Managers & Sales by actively assisting with price quotes, improving gross profit and ensuring quote validity. You will also be responsible for executing various defined supplier activities in order to meet customer and branch requirements and objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support to the Inside Sales team
• Review booking reports and manage special manufacturer quotations
• Maintain close contact with suppliers and manufacturers, including negotiating special pricing
• Work closely with and provide backup support to the Branch Product Manager and the sales department

What you bring to us:

• Basic knowledge of electronic components is an advantage
• Fluent Czech with a good command of English
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Team-oriented, with an independent work ethic and the ability to grasp new information quickly
• Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
