Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor and support users of one of the world’s leading online streaming platforms. Every day you will help customers enjoy their favorite content without interruptions.

What will you do?

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media
• Assist customers with service-related questions and account issues
• Help resolve basic technical or user-related problems
• Inform customers about new features and promotional offers
• Work with internal systems and collaborate with your team
• 📞 All calls are inbound – no cold calling or sales.

What we are looking for:

• Native Serbian speaker
• working permit in Czech Republic
• English at a communicative level (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-oriented mindset and team spirit

💡 This position is suitable for candidates without previous customer service experience.

Working hours

Shift-based schedule depending on the supported market:

Morning shift: 09:00 – 17:45

Afternoon shift: 13:15 – 22:00
