We’re on the hunt for an Executive Assistant with strong project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Someone who can reverse the chaos with a sprinkle of charm. As a CEO´s right hand, you will be responsible for keeping our leader on track and his schedules on time.
What we are looking for is:
• Calendar Wizardry: Transforming our executive’s full and busy schedule into a smooth symphony of meetings and reminders. Managing and controlling his calendar with military precision.
• Meeting Maestro: Arranging appointments and planning meetings that even the most reluctant attendee can’t resist.
• Travel Buddy: Join our CEO on exciting journeys (passport, sunglasses and a sense of adventure required).
• Document Guru: Prepare documents and records from meetings that are so well organized.
• Travel Trouble-Shooter: Coordinating travel plans that even our road-warrior executives will envy. You’re not just booking flights; you’re strategizing the perfect route to avoid that notorious traffic jam (we all know the one).
• Event Enthusiast: Secret passion for event planning is welcome! You will be organizing company events that will make our employees wonder how we manage to throw such amazing parties all the time.
• Guardian angel of operating costs who has an overall picture of day-to-day operations of the company, taking care of expenses reports.
• Nice intermediary between the director and the rest of the company.
• Someone who is representing the company professionally and makes every day at the office feel like an adventure, whether it is planning an event or attending a meeting.
• Time management wizard who views deadlines as friendly challenges rather than terrifying dragons.
Nice to Have:
• Communication style and strong interpersonal skills that make you the go-to person for smooth relations.
• Fluent in both Czech/Slovak and English. Excellent verbal and written skills.
•Representative appearance.
•Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, ability to handle unpredictable situations, work at a moment´s notice.
• Attention to details
•The Tech Guru skills – proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Background in business, administration or relevant field.
